I booked this treatment last minute as a treat; I’d had massages before but never a Swedish massage. Emma was friendly, welcoming and I left feeling relaxed and stress free. I have never rebooked a massage straight away before but I decided at the time this would be a monthly part of my routine, especially as I am starting a new, more challenging, job.

This massage is fantastic, l have shared this with my friends and family. Collett was very experienced, excellent in her role and l have booked my next appointment with her.
The reason why it was so beneficial was Collett’s knowledge and expertise working on my body and needs were outstanding.
I found the new knowledge fascinating but fundamentally it lifted my energy levels, reduce heat in my body and released the stress in my shoulders. Fabulous !
