Although my technician was friendly I felt that my treatment was very rushed.The whole process only took 5 minutes which would be fine except the wax tore my skin and left me with scabs. I felt my treatment was rushed so that my technician could return to another client and finish styling their hair. I completely understand that they must be very busy at the moment and wouldn't mind the appointment being quick but my skin is scabbing over and I have been in a lot of pain today :(

I always went here the young lady that did my waxing was wonderful,sadly I think she may have left as recently she’s not been here. I have a feeling the owner didn’t furlough her at all every time we had lockdown but potentially still got the money. You need to respect good staff or they leave you in chaos like the salon has been in the last few visits! On principle think I couldn’t visit again
