Bobby was amazing as usual - thank you! 🥰 however it’s disgusting she is working in freezing conditions. I was so cold I struggled to enjoy my treatments and had to keep my coat on. Please sort out heating as it’s so cold

The salon had double booked. The guy who did my nails was very pushy when doing my nails. He spoke 3 words in total to me the entire time, not a great ambience at all. The salon was also quite dirty and messy.
