The experience it self was good, I got my pedicure done first which has lasted. However, two days after my gel manicure I notice a bubble on my left thumb which proceeded to chip. In the next I started to see a few more chip including a large on my right thumb, so bad I can see my nail and the cross section of layers of gel. The service was good however, the price of £80 for a gel manicure and pedicure and the manicure not even lasting a week feels like a waste of my time and money.

I love my cat eye nails, thank you! I tried BIAB for the first time and I will definitely be back for more. The salon atmosphere was friendly and welcoming and all the staff were lovely and helpful. The complementary drinks were a great touch too

The staff member providing my service was extremely unprofessional and made several personal insulting comments towards me, even to the point that another staff member had to step in to call out the behaviour. Overall a very uncomfortable experience and not the service I expected to receive as a paying customer.
