I’m probably the most fussiest customer when it comes to my hair. I usually come out of the hairdressers and hate it but this time I left and actually really like it. She did exactly what I wanted and kept checking with me throughout that it’s what I had in mind. Really friendly staff and great hairdressers!

I’ve been to NCI and always enjoy going there. It’s a nice space - very comfortable. This time I went in to get my ends trimmed and to have my undercut cleaned up. Had my hair washed first, which was good. The trim was great but the undercut was slightly uneven. They need to be super careful with those because it’s a very delicate hairline!
