The cut is well done,great but it's too layered,I hope next time she shows me a pic to understand what was her idea.I also told I wanted to be able to do a pony tail,not easy if I want waved or curly.I was expecting layers but not that strong , less layers on the frontside face and longer layers at the back, something like 90' style not like early 00',great cut,I just was expecting something else, communication could be better by starting to show the right picture of the idea.

3rd visit here and the service is great. Salon is small and really peaceful. My hair always looks and feels amazing afterwards. Best of all the price for the service is reasonable in comparison to most London salons. Can't recommend enough
