Valerio is clearly a great hairdresser - but more importantly he's understanding and helpful if you're not entirely happy. I've had bad experiences raising concerns with hairdressers before, and so when I wasn't sure about my cut I expected a bit of a battle! On the contrary, we had a good chat and he booked me in again at no charge, after spending a lot of time clarifying the issue. Really great customer service.

I love NCI because they really care, it's a totally different experience to visiting one of the large, soulless salons in London. Great atmosphere, great skills and great price!
