NCI is a wonderful hairdressers - I went to them knowing their expertise in colour and asked for a blue balayage. The consultation was thorough and all my questions were answered by both Marica, my stylist, and Valerio, the owner of the salon. They were lovely and thorough, and although the process took 6 hours, it went by super quickly and easily. I also received a special set of shampoo and conditioner, and two pots of blue dye to help me top up the colour, which is perfect! Thank you so much!
