This is the fourth time I've had my hair coloured at NCI and each visit somehow tops the last! Their new venue is beautiful, and their latte was top notch- I had Marica as my stylist this time and to say she exceeded my expectations is an understatement! I told her I wanted highlights, but also to be as blonde as possible, and she completely understood the assignment. I rest easy at night knowing that should I ever have a hair mishap, NCI is always only a call away.
