I went in for a simple haircut and Valerio made me feel as important and attended to as anyone else who was there for more extensive (and expensive :)) treatments. Normally hair stylists will fearmonger, i.e. tell me that I'm losing hair, that I need treatments, or that I need to come in very regularly or risk hair damage, but Valerio didn't do any of that at all, which I LOVED. Instead, he told me realistic, practical ways to maintain my hairstyle & made me feel like a million bucks. Thank you!
