For many years, I have been struggling with acne scars. Despite previous treatments, the results were never satisfactory. I started looking for new solutions and came across the ScarInk method. While searching online, I found several clinics, and one of them was NC Natalia's Skin Clinic. Even though it was the farthest from my home — about 130 miles away — I decided to schedule a consultation.
During the consultation, I didn’t hear what I expected. Instead, I was told the truth about the condition of my skin and learned that in order for Natalia to work on my skin and achieve results, I first needed to prepare my skin for ScarInk treatments. Natalia proposed a plan that I could follow locally.
After 9 months, I returned for Natalia to check the condition of my skin. She was pleased with the results of the treatments I had completed according to her recommendations. We began the actual ScarInk sessions, and I am now after 6 ScarInk treatments combined with other therapies.
I am very grateful to Natalia for her dedication, knowledge, individualized and holistic approach, and empathy. Thank you for not just making me “jump on the chair” for a treatment that wouldn’t have delivered results.
