The final result was satisfactory. However, the experts were upset because I was 30 minutes late (I did inform them but ended up taking the wrong route), which may have explained why I felt unwelcome. The other beauty therapist didn't even acknowledge me. The gesture while doing my nails felt abrupt. I suggested rescheduling. I don't believe it's fair to make someone feel unwelcome just because they were late. The end result looks nice, but I have decided that this will be my last visit there.
