Sadly, this was a bad experience - I don't like giving 1* reviews but I can't rate this place higher. When I arrived, I was barely acknowledged. The appointment started late, as another customer got prioritised over me. My existing haircut was criticised, as was my decision to book a short haircut appointment rather than go to a barber's. Way too much product was used and the cut I've been given shows Naze has very little understanding of short hair. I do not recommend this place.
