Wasn’t given any instruction what to do, no consultation, price different to advertised, cheap products but price reflects that. No massage in the facial. Several different face masks which irritated my skin, was left at the end of the facial with various products left on my skin excluding exfoliator. Was left in a room with steamer on my face which isn’t the correct health and safety practice
