Worst holywood wax I've ever had. Clearly no training in intimate hair removal. Thin eyebrow strips were taken off prolonging the unnecessary torture. The wax was burning hot. The wax was repeatedly applied to areas that had already been waxed. Used wax straps were re-used several times to take off residual hair?!? Gloves were worn and stuck to intimate areas so that if there was any skin left it would be taken off.

Love this place so much The ladies were so lovely and made me feel welcome and so comfortable. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing as well as also being fun Defo recommend this place for all hair and beauty needs xx

You get what you pay for, and this was good value. The beautician leant on my eyeballs a few times lol & there wasn’t any real isolation of the lashes, plus the lift was so extreme it’s hard to put mascara on, but for budget it’s a good result!
