So unprofessional and embarracing staff. Gown, towels and place was so dirty. Facial was ok but by booking with treatwell they gave the services according to discounted price. Never recommended . i took the facial of worth £45 but after discount i paid 31.50. The staff was so embarracing asking again n again how much u paid actually so that we know what we have to give u according to the price. Skipped some steps and said its included in £45but u paid 31.50 so its not included. Terrible
