I had my nails done on a Thursday and contacted the salon by Sunday as they were already lifting and discoloured. They replied and booked me in, but the fix was rushed and the same issues appeared within 24h. I followed up with photos and a message, but this time received no response at all. I left feeling really disappointed — not just with the result, but with how the situation was handled.
