I travelled so far as I needed a last minute appointment and they were available on Friday evening. I was 10-15mins early and the technician did not know about my appointment and then emphasised that she closes at 7pm although she started late. One of my nails is shorter than the rest and they look so flat and wide that I can’t wait to change them and it’s been less than 30minutes. The edges are sharp & she didn’t change her gloves from the last client. Worse nails ever unfortunately
