I really don't like complaining but I am disappointed with my nails. The way my nails were filed has left them thin and sensitive, when they had become really strong with gel on :(

It’s a comfortable space and staff are friendly however this is the second time I’ve been for a pedicure at this place and both times my gel nails have chipped off on the the second day. Usually my gel polish would stay on my toes for weeks without chipping. My nail technician seemed very sweet and was obviously trying her best however the language barrier meant that I wasn’t able to explain to her what I wanted and be understood.
