Not a good experience - lot my booking so made me feel very unwelcome and rushed me through. I asked the lady to use purple shampoo.... she didn't despite saying she would.
She then insulted my hair and said it was too tangled.... I proceeded to ask for the comb so I could comb through it myself , which I did in about 2 minutes. One of the worst blow dries I've ever had. Not worth the money
Blow Dry
Lacri was wonderful. She gave me a brilliant wash, cut and blow dry. My hair is looking great now, it has so much more shape and is in fantastic condition after Lacri worked her magic! Thank you so much!
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
Worst blow dry I’ve had in London. She seemed inexperienced, I had to repeatedly tell her to please not rub conditioner into my extensions at the scalp as it will displace them… it’ll looked unfinished and messy like I’d done it at home at random… really bad
