I showed her photos (had this cut beforeno issues). Cut was going well, she said she’ll dry it + then check the cut, but she dried it with a roll brush inwards which meant she couldn’t see the cut well and put a lot of volume in my hair, this made me panic + my hair seemed v large, I told her this and she thinned my hair with thinning shears but she did too much + ruined my hair. I came back as if wasn’t even, she fixed the evenness with electric razor. She should have dried it flat. Ugly cut.
