The stylist did a good enough job, but the colour wasn’t what I was expecting (very bright yellow blond vs ash) and the highlights are quite blocky — it’s only been a few days and I have a clear line of regrowth. They also got quite busy and so I was sat there waiting with the beach on for over 2h — when they brushed it after I could see that it did a ton of damage. They were all nice, but I guess in order to have a great haircut/colour you need to be very specific with exactly what you want.

My teenager with a lot of hair, we both tried to explain at length how we wished for it to be but she didn’t listen and ignored the request of not thinning the hair and leaving a long fringe only cut a style that she seemed to know. Several times I had to correct and by the end of it she said she doesn’t know how to cut thick hair like that. Bit late for that! I understand if there’s limitation but be honest from the start and LISTEN to what your client is asking. Then I can take the decision.
