Had a terrible experience. My appointment started late because the practitioner was arguing with another customer, then complained about them to me—very unprofessional. She also criticised my previous nails (done here, which I was happy with) and charged extra for removal, even though I’d just had a full set done. My nails now have visible dents and bubbles—I’ve never had this before. Given she criticised the previous work, this was especially disappointing, and the product used seemed unusual.
