Simply awful. Booking was changed on the way to the salon. Certainly did not get the 'senior stylist' I had booked. The stylist was pleased with herself that she could cut a straight line. That's the least I would expect. Layering? Pah! Styling? You must be joking. Dreadful haircut. None existent blowdry. Shocking all round. Customer service? Non-existent. NEVER going back and warn you to STAY WELL AWAY from this place and its ghastly staff.

I really was looking forward to this place as my new salon, especially with the glowing reviews I had high hopes, maybe I went at a bad time. The staff were walking around with bored and no interest looks on their faces even when a customer walked in. My haircut was not what I asked for and when I said something about it near the end of the appointment I was told to just wait. When done they said see that is better and I thought maybe ok this will work but when I got home and especially the next few days after I am disappointed. On to the next salon...

The lady who did my cut was super nice however, as much as I did like the length she cut my hair, it's very uneven and a poor quality cut. I now need it doing again to neaten it up... no worth the money!
