I enjoyed my visit here . I have been before and was happy with previous treatment/ service. It's a nice ,bright salon, often busy but you are taken good care of. I booked with Cecile for root colour , cut and blowdry. She was lovely , very attentive and thorough . Cecile spoke with me throughout to check if I was happy and content, she made me feel very at ease and I completely switched off, after a very hectic week. Thank you Cecile

Simply awful. Booking was changed on the way to the salon. Certainly did not get the 'senior stylist' I had booked. The stylist was pleased with herself that she could cut a straight line. That's the least I would expect. Layering? Pah! Styling? You must be joking. Dreadful haircut. None existent blowdry. Shocking all round. Customer service? Non-existent. NEVER going back and warn you to STAY WELL AWAY from this place and its ghastly staff.
