It started off a bit odd since there was a double booking and I therefore didn’t know who would treat my hair. It was an good experience but there’s still some split ends that didn’t get cut off and also some grey hairs that didn’t get colored. I think some more information and clarity during the treatment would have made the whole experience better. I left feeling a bit confused.
