Just OK. The floors were not clean. The colorist was nice but I wasn't very happy with the final color outcome. He disagreed and didn't ask me about the cut or show me the back of my hair. He then answered the salon phone and starting chatting to the person on the phone for several minutes. I then got my own coat our of the wardrobe and he waved goodbye to me while on the phone (as I had prepaid on treatwell).
