The overall experience was not great. The haircut felt rushed, with some sections left uneven. I was also disappointed with the added charges, when I arrived, the hairdresser, who was busy with another client, offered a scalp treatment, which I accepted. I was then charged £55 for what seemed to be a small amount of oil, which felt way excessive. Additionally, the hair wash felt rushed and careless. On the positive side, the salon has been very flexible with my scheduling changes.
