I dropped in to see if I could get a quick haircut (no blow dry) and was offered a decent price for that service, which I appreciated as some salons in the area charge a silly amount for a 15 minute haircut. The stylist was warm and friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. I'm very pleased with the result. They were only operating on a cash basis as they won't be fully operational for another few days but she's kindly offered to send me a receipt by email once their system is working.

Lacri gave me a wonky haircut. I'd wanted a straight cut around the back. Without asking me, she cut what she later called layers into front and back. One side of my hair in front was 1+ inch longer than other side. I had to later trim it myself. The appointment time was not finished but Lacri rushed me as her next customer arrived early. When I politely complained about the zigzag hair, she randomly cut into it, making it worse. She gave me an eye roll to her next customer as I was leaving.

Not a good experience - lot my booking so made me feel very unwelcome and rushed me through. I asked the lady to use purple shampoo.... she didn't despite saying she would.
She then insulted my hair and said it was too tangled.... I proceeded to ask for the comb so I could comb through it myself , which I did in about 2 minutes. One of the worst blow dries I've ever had. Not worth the money
