I had a cut and highlights today with Roy. It was my first time visiting the salon, and I think it's brilliant. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and it's got a very warm, friendly atmosphere, The highlights are the best I've ever had- it's only been a few hours and I've already had loads of compliments about it. Roy really listened to what I wanted and gave amazing suggestions, without being at all pushy. I'm extremely happy with my new haircut and will definitely be going back. On top of doing an excellent job, everyone being so nice made it an even better experience.
