Friendly but I had a really disappointing experience with my full head highlights. The placement was quite botchy and not done properly at the root, leaving the result uneven and poorly blended.
While the initial price seemed reasonable, it ended up being expensive as I’ve had to go elsewhere to get it corrected. I went back the next day for another toner, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Th process left my hair damaged and I ended up needing another appointment a few weeks late
