This was my first time having my eyelashes permed and I'm so pleased with them, I've had so many compliments from friends! I would have appreciated it if the beautician had told me what she was doing as she went along/how long I had to keep my eyes closed for under the towel.
Friendly efficient staff, good massage, nice venue. I was made to feel relaxed and treatment was enjoyable. I would recommend!
A clean and open room with plenty of space. My therapist was polite and friendly and did a great job. I will return.
There isn't much ambience/privacy - I got ready for my wax and the bed is positioned so that when i therapist comes back into the room (after leaving so you can change) - someone could see you as they walked past. The most distressing part is it was so painful i nearly asked her to stop so i could leave, i have had about 5 hot waxes in the past, and they have been nowhere near as painful. The therapist said it was because i was sweating, and the hair was long (but didn't think to cut it?) the wax was painfully hot and when i told her she just said 'well it's hot wax' - furthermore she wasnt very thorough and 2 weeks later i have loads of regrowth, and this never usually happens! bit miffed really.
The beautician was professional and thorough, ensuring I was happy with the treatment. Treatments are reasonably priced, will definitely return.
