The staff were all lovely and friendly, however the cleanliness of the booth could have been better. The wax was also satisfactory however the beautician missed a substantial amount of hair which was quite disappointing. I have also noticed having a lot more ingrown hairs which is unusual with this method of waxing.

Awful. Cold facial and very rushed pedicure. Ambience terrible, slow service. Would never go there again.

I've been to Nirvana Beautya few times and each time I go I am so happy with my results. The staff that attended to me we very polite and professional. The lady who did my wax, Rita was excellent.

Such friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, beautiful relaxation room, enjoyable treatment and a fabulously soft face afterwards!
