I had a new lady that seemed to be a trainee as she had no idea what she was doing. She was holding my foot up by my toes which was very painful and when she did my brows she did not even ask me what I wanted done and I walked out of there with thin, unequal, shapeless brows instead of a cleanup!!
Really convenient to book appointment online, lovely staff as always, treatment was quick and done perfectly. I will definitely be recommending to others :)
