I was the first client of the day and I must say I have received great service.
During the facial cream went into my eyes and has been stinging and watering ever since. Don’t opt for that treatment!

Pedicure was ok but quite rushed and the girl spoke to her colleague half the time and then whispered words like “in” “out” at me when she wondered me to move my feet and I when I said pardon, she huffed at me. Not a great shellac paint either, paint all round the sides and woman (same as pedicure) kept getting annoyed when I asked her questions about the colour. Shame as I came here before and shellac was great but I guess depends on who you get and the lady I had before is now on maternity leave. Felt like they didn’t care at all about you as a customer and just wanted you out.

Not the most chatty staff, I didn’t feel very relaxed but the wax did have good results. Bad positioning of treatment room. When the member of staff opens the door to leave and return everybody can see you lying on the bed quite exposed
