Unfortunately not the best experience. I was ignored for 10 minutes then ended up having the treatment started by one person who seemed to be surprised that I hadn't done my own cuticles (when I'd booked a manicure). The person who then did most of the treatment was very sweet but the job she did wasn't the best - I picked a slightly sparkly colour and the varnish wasn't applied evenly and pooled at the ends, so looks very bumpy. The shop itself isn't very nice and needs a good clean. Sorry to say I won't be coming back.

A lovely lady did my treatments who made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout. She was chatty and friendly and was so quick when waxing that I was in and out in no time!
