The staff is very friendly, but the technician wasn’t very gentle - also, the end result could have been better. The pampering itself was nice though!

Got told I’d have to pay £5 extra on arrival to have my old shellac removed - this wasn’t an option to book online and in my opinion for the standard of salon £30 for a removal and re-application is extortionate

The lady who was making waxing was very nice, patient and responsible. I would definitely recommend her, unfortunately I don’t know her name.
