I have been going to Navara for a few years now- all the treatments I’ve had have been exceptional. The shellac nails always last for 2 weeks and last week I had the best hot stone massage from Jo who was just lovely. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this salon to anyone! Keep up the great work ladies x

White Bin in the treatment didn’t look tidy with things sticking to the bottom of it. Wax heater as well needed cleaning on the exterior. No attention to detail on the customer e.g little hairs left on some areas and if not possible with wax, give the option of tweezing them out ( this is an option given by some salons).Maybe more training is needed regarding handling hot wax and customer service. Felt rushed. Ambiance in the room is not good, room looked untidy and not relaxing at all.
