Really awful experience. The technician was rude and spent the entire appointment criticising my nails in a way that felt uncomfortable and unprofessional. She was extremely rough throughout and cut me multiple times, leaving me bleeding and still in pain the next day, especially on my toe. No care or hygiene standards were shown. What should have been a relaxing treatment was instead painful and upsetting. I would not return.
