Nicole was lovely and the place was nice but the waxing itself took 2 hours because the wax was causing issues. I wouldn’t put that on Nicole’s fault but as a whole 2 hours was not what I expected.

Nicole was great, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep during my appointment. Shape and colour of my brows are great and she gave me a spooly to take home so I can shape them post lamination.
