The people there are lovely, really friendly and we had a good chat. My experience may be a one off, but the lady was 10 mins late for the appointment (the place was closed) even though the booking system showed options for earlier appointments. I have calluses from climbing and they’re all still there - needed a bit more work on those, and there wasn’t much choice on colour. Lots of reds and pinks and purples. Really wanted coral though! She’s a lovely lady but I won’t be back, sorry!
