The foot scrub was so relaxing and done whilst lying down on back. Various tools used to file and stimulate the skin that felt amazing. The reflexology points pushed felt like they were opening gates of trapped energy. I feel so relaxed and renewed.

Wonderful experiences. Very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The massage and facial was incredible. Hitting the difficult spots and made me feel fully pampered and thoroughly massaged and cleansed. Would highly recommend the sports massage and face lift facial
