I booked my pedicure through Treatwell and paid for it upfront. It was booked for a certain time, then salon called me and changed the time, which I thought was fine. I had my pedicure which was good and mentioned to the girl that I had paid through Treatwell. The lady in charge, said that as the appointment was changed, Treatwell classified that as a cancellation and I needed to pay the salon for the pedicure as the salon would receive no money from Treatwell, and I must ask Treatwell for a refund. Luckily I decided to call Treatwell before handing over anymore money,They told me that I had paid and needed do nothing else. My whole pedicure experience was ruined and I felt I was being bullied into paying again, therefore I will not be visiting this salon again.
