Always treated in a friendly manner with dignity protected. Left feeling so much more relaxed. Venue clean, bed and face hole comfortable. Linen and table clean. No annoying background noise so thoroughly able to relax. No issues with appointment booking, taken straight in for treatment. Room at a lovely temperature. Only feedback would be for staff to ask about areas to focus on although I honesty, with their experience they immediately found the knots that’s needed focussing on!
