Spending a relaxing time at the Hand of Nature is a worthwhile treat.
I found Nicole to be an experienced therapist with a welcoming smile and who offered different techniques, with the option of hot stones.
After explaining her process and I selected my treatment she set about focusing on the most needed areas. She worked on me with the right amount of pressure and applied different techniques, which complimented to soothe away my tired muscles.
Being able to select from her homemade oils was even more luxurious and I would definitely book more sessions.
It a beautiful way to spend a relaxing time at the time I needed it most, and having the expertise bought to my home was a delightful pleasure as I was able to relax on in the beauty of my own home after my session was over

Nicole Baldwin is a fantastic sports massage therapist - great value for money! Before we start a session, Nicky always asks me where I would like her to focus on for that session. I explain how my body feels in a few sentences, or if there is a particular area that is bothering me; then she has it clear in her mind how she is going to treat my muscles. She works methodically, covering the different muscles in an orderly fashion, working around the body. She is able to do "hard" massages as well as gentle. She is fully qualified. She is very professional. She is appropriate when it comes to personal boundaries. She also shows me a variety of stretches to do afterwards that will aid me in my muscle recovery and she advises me to drink lots of water after a good massage. She is a really good therapist. I am recommending her to everyone. Robert Latham.
This is a review that I am happy to give, simply because the benefits of the massages I have received from Natures Hand has been very evident in my day-to-day activities (a postie on a push bike). I have suffered from acute cramp in my legs for many years after receiving a few months treatment (two times a week) from Natures Hand, the cramps have not dared to rear their ugly heads. I would recommend the services of Natures Hand to anyone who wants to improve their mobility/flexibility.
I would most certainly tell my friends, in fact I've booked a massage for my mother as I believe she'll really enjoy getting one from the lady who gave me mine.
I have had several treatments with Nicole, starting with lovely relaxing Swedish massage and graduating on to targeted sports massage. I have had several issues that Nicole has addressed with her tailored treatments using a wide range of specific techniques ... she has managed to completely restore me to a much improved body!! I have felt listened to all through my sessions and Nicole always hits the spot. I now continue ongoing treatments because they have benefitted me so much and all this in the comfort of my own home. Highly recommended!!!
