I booked for a blow dry. Got there and the stylist who was supposed to do my hair wasn’t there. The other lady said “I thought I’d blocked it”. So no blow dry. I contacted treatwell and they said they would make sure I wasn’t charged. Never ever again. The place is also dingy definitely no “experience” there. Please avoid.

The way I was treated as a customer was appalling. I was told a wash n blow dry would be £25, fair. When I arrived, I was then told straightening would be an extra £20. Still, fair. After finishing, I was suddenly told the price would actually be £40 because my hair is long? The salon owner was making up charges as she went along, highly unprofessional and very disappointing. I would not recommend this salon. It’s a real shame because Milly, was excellent, attentive and so professional!
