I’m Jodie Hazel, CNHC-registered Reiki Therapist and trainer, specialising in Angel Reiki, Crystal Healing, Karuna Reiki, Zodiac Reiki and Menopause Reiki. Through Reiki treatments, training, and salt spa experiences, I help women and empaths release energy blocks, reduce stress, and reconnect with their true aligned selves. My mission is simple: to empower you to step into flow, abundance, and radiant wellbeing. 🌿💜

I’m Jodie Hazel, the heart and soul behind Natural Vibes Wellbeing.
My journey into energy healing began in 2012, but if I’m honest… it started long before that. I was living much of my life unconsciously, navigating the world through the lens of CPTSD, anxiety, insomnia, and adrenal fatigue — completely disconnected from my body, my needs, and my true self.
Reiki didn’t just come into my life… it found me at a time when I needed it most. What began as a search for relief became a profound awakening. Through Reiki, I started to gently peel back the layers, releasing years of stored trauma, stuck energy, and emotional pain. For the first time, I felt safe in my own body. I began to reconnect, realign, and remember who I truly was beneath it
✨ Why I Do What I Do
As an empath, I spent years absorbing everything around me without realising it — leaving me overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in survival mode.
Reiki helped me clear my energy, regulate my nervous system, and finally feel safe in my own body.
It supported me through a high-risk pregnancy, where I used Reiki daily for myself and my daughter, Demi, and carried me through a traumatic birth. Then at 37, while navigating ovarian failure and early menopause, Reiki became my anchor once again — helping me reconnect, rebalance, and support my body back into rhythm.
This isn’t just my work — it’s my lived experience.
And now, I help other women and empaths feel safe, empowered, and at home within themselves again.

• Reiki Training in: Usui Reiki Levels 1–3 – Learn to heal yourself, others and teach tradition Usui Reiki & Angel & Kaurna Ki Reiki – Heart-led, high-vibrational healing
• Salt Spa Experiences – Deeply immersive group sessions blending Reiki, sound healing, quantum meditation, and lunar cycles, held within a pure Himalayan salt room using halotherapy to cleanse, ground, and restore your whole system
• Support for Perimenopause & Empaths – Helping you restore energy, clarity, and inner strength
