I’m Jodie Hazel, a CNHC-registered Reiki Therapist, Teacher and Somatic Practitioner based in Nottingham, and I create safe, nurturing spaces for women and empaths who are ready to reconnect with themselves, their energy and their inner knowing.

✨ Why Reiki?

I discovered Reiki in 2012 during a time when I desperately needed to reconnect with myself.

After years of living with trauma, anxiety, insomnia and feeling disconnected from my body, Reiki became a gentle way back to myself.

Over the years, I’ve continued to use Reiki through some of life’s biggest chapters — including pregnancy, a traumatic birth, early menopause and the many layers of personal healing that came with them.

But my story isn’t here to tell you what your healing should look like.

It’s here so you know you’re not alone.

Because I know what it feels like to lose touch with yourself.

And I know how powerful it can be when you begin to find your way back.

My role isn’t to tell you who to be.

It’s to create the space for you to listen to yourself again.

Through Reiki, somatic practices, EFT, sound healing, meditation, visualisation, energy work and coaching, our sessions can help you slow down, reconnect and explore what’s ready to shift.

You might come for calm.

You might come because you feel stuck.

You might come because you’re ready to let go of an old version of yourself.

Or you might simply have a feeling that there’s more for you.

A nurturing blend of Reiki, somatic practices, chakra balancing and sound healing, created to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and create space around what you’ve been carrying.

🌸 Your Greatest Vision
Reiki coaching with an energetic twist — combining Reiki, somatic practices, EFT, visualisation and coaching to help you move through limiting beliefs, repeating patterns and the things that may be keeping you stuck.

🌸 Reiki Training
Usui Reiki Levels 1–3, alongside Angel Reiki and Karuna Ki Reiki, for those who feel called to deepen their own practice or support others.

🌸 Salt Spa Experiences
An immersive group experience combining Himalayan salt, halotherapy, Reiki, sound healing, meditation and lunar energy — a beautiful opportunity to pause, breathe and simply be.

🌸 Support for Women & Empaths
For the woman who gives so much to everyone else and is ready to start giving some of that energy back to herself.
