While I like the final result, the overall experience felt quite rushed and stressful. I arrived at 6pm for a 6:15pm appointment, while the salon closes at 7pm, but I genuinely felt pushed to finish quickly. There was no real manicure prep (no cuticle work, just straight to GelX), and I was charged £70 although the advertised pricing suggested £55-65 with nail art included. The nails look nice overall, but the atmosphere and service did not match the price paid.
