I cant recommend Katie enough I thought the room was magical dark and candlelit warm and it smelt amazing .I had the men's total relax package the massage was very different to what I have had before it was very slow and very soothing and I loved the hot oil I had been recommended by a friend as I was going though some high end stress and this really did help me to relax the best part of the treatment was the head its not something I have experienced prior to this treatment but I loved having the warm oil over my head .Katie was delightful she couldn't do enough to ensure my comfort a very warm person . I will be re booking very soon I think. nb loved all the oils and candles it made it quite magical and cosy.

On my first visit to Natural Light I had an hours sports massage with Louise to help with ore bits from driving tension and work posture. It was great - relaxing and suitably painful (as much as a sports massage should be). I have already recommended it to some friends :) Thanks and see you again!

I would highly recommend Katie at Natural Light and hope to return for another treatment,should my finances allow for the odd treat! I enjoyed a lovely holistic massage yesterday , very relaxing and one of the best nights sleep after that i have had for a long time. Katie is very welcoming and friendly and makes you feel very at ease from the minute you arrive in her treatment room. Very highly recommended.
